International Shipping Information
For destinations including Portugal, Greece, Malta, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey, as well as other unlisted locations, please follow these steps to obtain a delivery fee:
Place Your Order: Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout on our website.
Select Payment Method: Choose the 'Bank Transfer' option. Note: Payment is not processed at checkout for bank transfer, credit, or debit card methods.
Order Processing: Your order details will be forwarded to our shipping department. They will carefully pack, measure, and weigh your order.This process may take some time, so we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Estimate: We obtain shipping prices from 2-3 couriers to ensure the best value. Please note, we do not profit from delivery charges.
Sales Order: Once the shipping cost is determined, we will send you a sales order including the shipping fees. You can then request your preferred payment method, such as bank transfer, or we can provide a link for card payment.
Cancellation Option: If you are not satisfied with the shipping fee, you have the option to cancel the order at this stage by contacting us.
Additional Shipping Information:
Oversize Items: For items over 1 meter in length, an additional oversize fee will be applied to cover additional delivery costs.
Large Panels: Orders involving large panels may require pallet delivery, with fees starting at approximately €70 within Ireland and upwards of at least €200 for international shipments.
Glass Items: Please note that glass windows and windscreens are not available for shipping and must be collected from our premises.
