This plate type Differential from Gripper has proven itself in top spec Mk1 and Mk2 Escorts, in both Historic and modern Form.

This model is set up for Tarmac use with 40/65 Ramp angles and 120Nm preload to suit Tractive Half shafts.

The Ramp angles can easily be changed to 30/60 by opening the end cover plate and changing the settings.

Other ramp angle and preloads can also be supplied.

This model is supplied with 18T side gears to suit Tractive 18T half shafts.

Gripper Differentials come with a life time Guarantee should any of the components break, your Differential will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by this .

The Gripper Atlas Differential is based on the well proved multi plate friction design which has the unique features that make the Diff very progressive and smooth in their action which makes them ideal for Rallying and motorsport use.

They also give the added advantage that in the event of a Half shaft failure there will still be enough Traction to continue to the end of the stage.
